Implementation

The Redevelopment Plan is implemented by the Redevelopment Entity. The Redevelopment Entity can be the municipal Governing Body, a municipal redevelopment agency or housing authority designated by the Governing Body, or by another agency authorized by statute to act as Redevelopment Entity (such as a county improvement authority).
